Spout pouch filling and capping machine is specially applied to fill all kinds of liquid, such as fruit juice, milk, detergent, beverage, etc.

Spout pouch filling and capping machine works automatically: pouches feeding---positioned filling---cleaning ---caps loading---caps screwing---end-products discharging .

Working process

Electric and pneumatic combined driving are used, resulting in stable driving . This machine work automatically from pouch loading, filling, spout cleaning

 Adopt sensors for pouch detecting, a sensor for cap channel in cap vibrator , and  sensors for cap detecting, and multi-nozzle filler are individually controlled, so no pouch, no filling; no cap, machine stops

Filling

The machine adopt piston filling machine to fill material, so it can fill different shape and volume pouches,filling error is very amsll(for max volume.the filling error is within ±0.5％)

Cap loading

Automatic cap loading & detecting，no cap machine stop.

Capping

Capping adopts magnetic torque capping, no harm to the cap, when cap is screwed to target tightness, capping motor will rotate as usual, but capping head will stops

Product discharge

Working process is finished,pouch automatically falls into the prepared tank.
